We offer Custom Software development solutions. Our firm is experienced at providing creative and innovative solutions. We begin with an analysis of your concept by interviewing stake holders. This enables us to create a software requirements document. This document is used to determine the development path, develop the flow which sets the development stages. Client reviews are scheduled as each stage is completed, this is the verification process. The next stage is the design or UX/UI process, this process sets the user interface design and user experience requirements for the developers. We then select a team of developers and begin coding, Implementation, QA testing, Validation and Installation. We also offer training, maintenance and support.
Nexus - Environmental Monitor uses your existing Building Automation System (BAS) sensors or choose from our M6IX wireless sensor line. The system is designed to poll select sensors at selected intervals and can store data locally or to our cloud environment. On the completion of each poll or at select intervals the EM system scans for alarms and reports based on your selections. Our client software - Nexus Reporter is designed to run on your desktop, tablet, or phone and provide alarm monitoring and reporting. Our Nexus View Point floor monitor system is designed to be placed in critical areas for staff viewing.
To determine your requirements a demo is required to purchase software. Software is then packaged and a download link is provided.

Automated environmental monitoring provides continuous, real-time data on environmental conditions. This data can be used to detect changes or anomalies in environmental conditions and trigger alarms or notifications when certain thresholds are exceeded. This can help prevent or mitigate disasters and ensure regulatory compliance.
Some key benefits of automated environmental monitoring include:
Nexus View Point continuously displays and scrolls current data of select sensors. The Nexus View Point floor monitor system is designed to be placed in critical areas for staff viewing. Call to schedule a demo 443-905-1704
Nexus Stringer is a datalogging system used with our M6IX wireless sensors. Stringer reporting can be viewed by multiple people and alleviates the need of removing sensors from a room for report viewing. Sensors can be moved from room to room with ease by simply updating the software.

Indoor air pollution can be a serious health hazard. The air inside our workplaces, and other indoor environments can contain a wide range of pollutants. Exposure to these can cause a range of health problems, from headaches and fatigue to respiratory issues and even cancer.
Indoor air quality monitoring involves measuring the levels of various pollutants in the air and assessing whether they pose a risk to human health. This information can be used to identify sources of pollution and develop strategies for reducing exposure.
In addition to protecting human health, indoor air quality monitoring can also help to identify problems with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
Poor indoor air quality has been linked to sick building syndrome, reduced productivity, and impaired learning. IAQ monitoring helps:
